Building Automation, SCADA system for complex building compound
A.S.C. can exploit its deep skills gained in automation and supervision also to developing customised software for “intelligent buildings” or “complex automated buildings”.
Aims of such technologies are:
- optimising life cycle of system components and their equipment’s;
- maximising the building life through well-timed maintenance;
- decreasing management costs;
- increasing the organisational productivity;
- improving environmental parameters.
Various system functionality can be integrated using the most advanced control technologies, into a pc station that makes possible to:
- to monitor environmental & housekeeping parameters;
- to perform parameter telecontrol;
- to centralise video-surveillance monitoring;
- to control accesses;
- to optimise energy usage.

Such technologies are mainly dedicated to complex buildings such as: museums and libraries, stations, airports, sport centres, tunnels, infrastructures for transport, etc. In all these contexts, A.S.C. places wide care to the regulatory framework.

Main references gained on the above field are:
- Realisation of a video surveillance and alarms detection system for the Museum “Rocca di San Leo” (San Marino Republic).
- Implementation of an overall supervisory and building management system of 13 main Italian Railway Stations, for Grandi Stazioni S.p.a., in partnership with Honeywell.
